What a year 2021 has been for us. The first quarter of the year, we were tasked with onboarding customers from the offline portal to the user-web which we successfully did. We also had an important task of guiding new and potential customers on how Flexi-Real Estate is the perfect Tech solution to the home ownership problem in Nigeria. That with as little as 250 naira daily, the average Nigerian can become a landowner in 2 years with extra benefits through the journey such as: Free healthcare in the third month of consistent payment with access to over 1500 hospitals across the country; Free allocation and documentation between the sixth and twelfth month of consistent payment; building on land one year in before completion of payment.

In the second quarter, we expanded. We got more team members, aligned on the goals and vision of the brand which stays the same — democratizing home ownerships for every Nigerian. We organized skill-building workshops such as the Digital Skills Training and many more trainings on how Flexi-Real Estate works.

Towards the end of the Second quarter into the 3rd quarter, we announced our premiere Brand Ambassador — Natacha Akide, sold out four (4) of our estate locations, reached more Nigerians with our brand story.

In the third quarter, we launched our street activations called ‘Buildbay on the Street’. We also announced our summer sales for outright payment estate locations — Hilltop Estate Ikola and Goldville Estate, Iju and had a Site Inspection tour with Brand Ambassador. The third quarter was majorly for converting ideas into strategies and executing them.

In the final quarter, we celebrated 1 successful year in business, hit over 6500 sold slots, launched Landlady Tacha — The comic series, gave new customers One week off their land payments, Sold out one of our estate locations in Sagamu, gave customers the opportunity to flex their referral balance to win cash weekly, met with our top earners — interviewed and celebrated them, and then chilled with the Big Boy- Emmanuel Emenike.

2021 was definitely an eventful one.

Did we meet all our targets for the year? Not exactly. We have however chosen to document how far we have come and be transparent, as well as grateful. For we are merely a product without each and everyone of you who signed up on www.oxfordbuildbay.com and currently paying towards a land. YOU make us a brand. A brand to be proud of.
